Tickets and eligibility

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is applied at checkout where it applies.
Passes are gated by what your company does, not your job title.
Registrations are reviewed; a pass bought in the wrong category will be corrected to the right tier or refunded.
Enterprise — Your company's core business is not selling GTM or AI software. You lead or shape revenue, marketing, RevOps, or AI adoption inside an enterprise, and you're evaluating or deploying agentic AI in your own go-to-market.
Examples: bank, retailer, manufacturer, telco, insurer, travel group.
Technology Provider — Your company sells software, platforms, agents, or services that power go-to-market: CRM, sales tech, marketing tech, AI agents, data, or GTM consulting and agency services. Any role at such a company registers here, including non-sales roles.
Examples: SaaS vendor, AI agent platform, GTM agency, systems integrator.
Builder / Start-up — You're a founder or early team member at a pre-seed company under 10 people, or an independent operator building in GTM. If your start-up sells GTM or AI tooling and is past that threshold, you're a Technology Provider.
Every ticket is reviewed and approved. GTMxCON is a curated gathering, and we hold the room composition to the same standard we hold the agenda — a pass bought in the wrong category will be moved to the right tier or refunded.

Transfers

A ticket admits one named person. You may transfer it to a colleague at the same company free of charge until 30 days before the conference. Within 30 days of the conference, transfers carry a €50 processing fee. Transfers between companies aren't possible, since tickets are tied to the company category. Email team@gtmxcon.com to arrange a transfer.
Tickets may not be sold, resold or transferred to anyone outside your organisation for value. Doing so may result in the ticket being voided without refund.

Refunds and cancellation

Every ticket comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, valid until 30 days before the conference. Within 30 days of the conference, tickets are non-refundable but remain transferable (see "Tickets and eligibility" above). Refund requests go to team@gtmxcon.com.

Changes to the conference

Speakers, sessions, timings and the venue may change. We will tell ticket holders by email as soon as a material change is confirmed. If we postpone, your ticket carries over to the new date and you have the right to request a full refund instead. Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid — we cannot reimburse travel or accommodation, so we recommend booking flexible fares.

Conduct at the conference

Everyone at GTMxCON — attendees, speakers, sponsors and crew — is expected to behave professionally and treat others with respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and sustained sales pressure outside the areas built for it are not acceptable. We may remove anyone from the venue without refund if their behaviour breaches this, or at our reasonable discretion. You can report a concern to any crew member on site or to team@gtmxcon.com.
Badge scans, the attendee app, and anything shared in sessions are there to support the specific interaction they were part of — a meeting, a stand visit, a follow-up you asked for. Pulling them together into contact lists for outreach beyond that isn't allowed, and we may remove attendees who do this from the venue without refund.

Photography and recording

We photograph and film the conference for editorial and promotional use. This is disclosed at registration, where you can request an opt-out marker. Attendees may not record sessions for redistribution without written permission.

Intellectual property

GTMxCON owns the conference recordings, photography, and materials we produce ourselves. Speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors retain ownership of their own content — slides, demos, booth materials — but by presenting or exhibiting at GTMxCON, they grant us the right to record, photograph, and use it in connection with the conference. Personal note-taking is fine; reproducing, redistributing, or commercially using anything presented or exhibited at GTMxCON needs written permission from us or the relevant rights holder. The GTMxCON name and logo are ours, and using them for anything outside this conference needs our sign-off.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship and exhibition are governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the sponsorship agreement takes precedence.

Liability and disclaimer

GTMxCON is organised with care, and we take reasonable steps to make sure everything runs smoothly. As with any live conference, our responsibility connected to your attendance is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket, except where the law states otherwise. This doesn't cover travel or health costs, so we'd recommend arranging your own insurance ahead of the conference.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Barcelona have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the conference gets closer; the date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version. If you're still holding a ticket or you attend after we've updated them, the new version is what applies to you.
