Salesforce has launched seven named, job-ready Agentforce agents, and the one built for outbound sales, Hunter, already builds 60% of the sales pipeline at customer Perk, according to Salesforce.
Each of the seven agents is built for a single job: Casey on service, Paige on IT and HR, Carter on commerce, Marshall on supply chain, Piper on inbound leads and Fin on complex customer experience workflows. Hunter works outbound, researching and engaging prospects and collaborating with sellers over weeks and months, not single chats.
Six of the seven are generally available now. Hunter is in pilot, with general availability planned for November 2026. It is the first agent on a new long-horizon runtime with memory, durable execution and dynamic steering, which lets an agent pursue a goal across days and weeks. A seller could ask Hunter to rescue at-risk deals before quarter-end. Hunter would turn that into a plan, with guardrails defining when it can act on its own and when seller approval is required.
Perk is one of several customer results Salesforce cites. Engine says its help agent resolves 50% of chat inquiries, Asana says Piper drives four times the conversation volume, and Anthropic says Fin resolves 79% of the conversations it sees autonomously. These figures are customer-reported and come from Salesforce's own announcement.
The shift Salesforce is betting on: buyers don't want to assemble an agent from scratch, they want to hire one that already knows the job.
